Avon took just under £50 in 2 seperate orders from me. Both these orders have been turned down their close. I had been a longstanding consumer. Their customer care group supplied an apology for takin the money two times then refusin the purchase. They cleared my account, refused to resend the order or keep the merchandise at the sale price untily
